What this is, and what it isn't.

The Women's Reiki Circle is a restorative gathering for connection, Reiki, and reflection. It's not medical or mental health treatment, and it doesn't replace care from your doctor, therapist, or other health provider. If you have a condition that benefits from professional support, please keep working with your provider.

Reiki, briefly.

Reiki is gentle energy work. You stay fully clothed and relaxed. Most people feel calm, warm, or deeply rested. Some feel emotions come up. All of it is welcome. If you'd rather not receive Reiki, you don't have to. Just let me know.

Your body, your choice.

You decide what's right for you in the circle. You can close your eyes, keep them open, sit, lie down, step out for a moment, skip sharing. Whatever you need. If something doesn't feel right, listen to that.

What I ask of you.

Please arrive substance-free, not under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances. If you're on prescribed medication, you're welcome as you are.

Confidentiality.

What's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please honor this for every woman in the room, including yourself.

Non-refundable, but transferable.

Because the circle is small and your seat is held for you, tickets are non-refundable. If you can't make it, you can transfer your seat to a friend. Just email me.

If something happens.

By signing up, you understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to release and hold harmless Amy Lemieux, Better You By Amy, and Riverbend Wellness Center from any claim, injury, emotional response, or loss arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
