Agreement

By accessing amylemieux.com and using any services offered by Amy Lemieux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.

Services

Amy Lemieux offers coaching, embodiment, and energy-based services including but not limited to:

• ✦Rediscover Me Sessions
• ✦Reiki Sessions
• ✦Radiant Renewal Coaching
• ✦Reclaim Your Radiance (Group Program)
• ✦Radiant Reset VIP Experience

These services are for personal growth and wellbeing purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

Bookings & Cancellations

• ✦Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Booking your session is a separate step — you'll receive a link to schedule after payment.
• ✦Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• ✦Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be charged in full at Amy's discretion.
• ✦Amy reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or emergency.
• ✦If you haven't booked your session within 7 days of payment, please contact hello@amylemieux.com for assistance.

Payments & Refunds

• ✦Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
• ✦All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• ✦Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out within 48 hours of your session if you have concerns.
• ✦Radiant Renewal Coaching packages are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. Amy will not disclose any personal information shared in sessions to third parties, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Amy Lemieux and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
