What this actually is
If you've been running on empty, if the world feels loud and your own voice feels small, this is 90 minutes for you to set all of it down.
The Women's Reiki Circle is a small, warm gathering of ten women. We meet in person, once a month. We'll talk a little, share some Reiki, and hold space for whoever wants to speak. You don't have to share anything. You just have to show up.
It's a place to feel connected and safe. And honestly, it's also a place to have a little fun. Just women, gathered, coming home to themselves.
This month's theme
Trust
An evening to quiet the second-guessing and come back to your own knowing.
Most of us are quick to trust everyone else. The doctor, the friend, the article, the person in the room who sounds the most sure. We check our decisions against everyone before we check them against ourselves.
So the second-guessing creeps in. You feel something in your body and talk yourself out of it. You already know what you want and go looking for permission anyway. You have the answer and ask three people to confirm it.
This month's Circle is an invitation back to your own knowing. Trust isn't the absence of fear, and it isn't always having the answer. It's the quiet willingness to stay with yourself, even when you can't see what's coming next.

You don't need to be a "spiritual person." You don't need to know anything about Reiki. You don't need to be ready to "do the work." You just need to walk in.
Your guide
Hi, I'm Amy. I'm an embodiment coach and Reiki guide based in Arundel, Maine. I work with women in midlife who are tired of over-giving, people-pleasing, and running on empty. I use nervous system work, somatic practices, and yes, Reiki. But the real work is learning how to come home to yourself.
The Women's Reiki Circle is my love letter to the woman I used to be, the one who needed a place like this and didn't know one existed.
A few questions
Do I need to know anything about Reiki?
Nope. Most women in the room will be new to it too.
What if I don't want to share?
You don't have to. Witnessing is its own kind of medicine.
What if I'm nervous?
That's normal, and I'll be there to warmly greet you when you walk in.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable you can sit in, and a cozy layer. Bring a water bottle.
Is there a refund policy?
Because of the small group size, tickets are non-refundable. But you can transfer your seat to a friend. Just email me.
Can men come?
This circle is held for women.
